Locums CRNA Opportunity – Midland, Michigan

Clinical Role

• Team-based care model with supervising MDA

• Full-time availability required

• Schedule includes clinic, with potential for occasional call

  • Call is not required if the provider prefers not to take call

• Case mix: approximately 70% inpatient / 30% outpatient

Schedule

• Seeking 1.0 FTE

• Target start date: April 1, 2026 (ASAP)

• Likely extension opportunity

• Full-time commitment: 40 hours per week

• Schedule may vary based on departmental needs and provider availability/preferences

Cases and Procedures

• Endoscopy

• General surgery

• OB/GYN

• Orthopedics

• Pain management

• Urology

• Vascular

• Healthy pediatrics

• Thoracic

• Regional blocks preferred but not required

EMR

• Epic

Required Experience, Training, and Certifications

• Experience with:

  • Spinals

  • Epidurals

  • Venous catheters

  • Arterial catheters

• Active certifications:

  • AHA BLS

  • AHA ACLS

  • AHA PALS

  • NBCRNA

Case Log Requirements

• Minimum of 75 patients within the last 12 months

Licensure

• Michigan license required

• IMLC not accepted

Credentialing

• Typically 30 days

• Applications prioritized based on start date
