Clinical Role

• Permanent, full-time positions

• Seeking two Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Anesthesiologists

• Each anesthesiologist will work at one hospital only (not rotating) - client is open to a variety of scheduling options including Monday-Friday, 2 weeks on/2 weeks off, etc.

• Hospitals are approximately 20 minutes apart and part of the University of Florida medical system

• Identical job descriptions at both locations

• W-2 employment

Case Mix

• Orthopedics

• ENT (no pediatrics)

• GI

• General Surgery

• Spine

• Vascular

• GYN

• No Cardiac

• No OB

• No Trauma

Practice Model

• Medically direct up to 4 CRNAs

• 8 operating rooms

• Work with a private anesthesiology group

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Compensation Package: Up to $600,000 annually

• Base Salary: $550,000 (W-2)

• Sign-On Bonus: $75,000 (3-year contract)

• Retention Bonus: Additional $75,000 at 3 years

• Vacation: 10 weeks
