Position Overview

A physician-owned primary care private practice in the Rehoboth Beach, Delaware area is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join its growing outpatient team. This is a permanent opportunity offering excellent physician support, flexible scheduling, and a lifestyle-focused coastal location. New graduates are welcome.

Clinical Highlights

• Permanent, outpatient-only position

• Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (ages 18+)

• New grads welcome

• Work directly alongside a physician owner

• APPs supervised by the physician owner

• Part-time or full-time options available

• No inpatient duties

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Fridays reserved for administrative time

• After-hours phone call rotation

• Follow-up visits: 15 minutes

• New patient visits: 30 minutes

• EMR: STI (transitioning to Azaela)
