Pediatrician Opportunity – San Antonio, Texas

Position Overview

A growing, established primary care organization is expanding into the San Antonio market and is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join its team. This is a permanent, outpatient-only position at brand-new clinic locations.

Clinical Details

• Permanent, full-time position

• Outpatient pediatrics only

• Float between two new San Antonio locations

• Patient volume: 16–21 patients per day (includes telemedicine)

• Patient population: Newborns through age 18

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• No weekends

• No hospital responsibilities

• Potential phone call: TBD

• EMR: eClinicalWorks

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Pediatrician

• Bilingual in Spanish required due to patient population

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary up to $260,000, with potential for higher compensation for bilingual providers

• Annual bonus plus performance bonuses paid twice yearly

• 8 paid holidays

• PTO:

  • 18 days in Year 1

  • 20 days in Years 2–3 (increases thereafter)
