Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 months (possible extension)

Position Overview

Hospital-based Hematology/Oncology locums opportunity seeking a triple board-certified physician (IM + Hematology + Oncology) with strong malignant hematology experience. Provider must be comfortable with inpatient coverage and taking call.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• PM call required

• Weekend call required

• Full-time coverage needed

APP support available during weekday daytime hours.
No APP support during call or weekends.

Clinical Details

• Inpatient Oncology/Hematology (malignant heme required)

• Medical Oncology / solid tumors required

• Infusion center coverage required

• Hospital size: 590 beds

• Patients per day:

  • 30–40 shared census

  • 20–23 per provider

• EMR: Epic

• May also be offered shifts at St. Paul and Cambridge locations

Requirements

• Triple Board Certified: Internal Medicine + Hematology + Oncology – Required

• Active MN License (IMLC Accepted)

• DEA – Required

• BLS – Required

• Minimum 2 years’ experience
