Locums – Grove City, Ohio – Hematology/Oncology

Start: ASAP (March preferred)
Duration: Through June (initially)
Coverage Preference: Full-time preferred

• If part-time (minimum 2 days per week), provider must be available to respond to patient-related calls from staff

Schedule

• Outpatient Clinic: Monday–Friday

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• After-hours answering service (only urgent calls escalated)

• Additional compensation for weekend call

• Call limited to Grove City location

• No heavy inpatient call burden

Practice Setting

• Fully integrated onsite cancer center

• 12 total exam rooms (9 dedicated to medical oncology)

• Infusion center with 16 chairs and 2 private infusion rooms

• Strong multidisciplinary infrastructure

Support Includes:

• Advanced Practice Providers

• RN Navigators

• Social Workers

• Dieticians

• Oncology Pharmacist

• Research and Genetics services

• Inpatient care supported by private practice APPs

Clinical Responsibilities

• Comprehensive outpatient Hematology and Medical Oncology care

• New consults: 30–45 minutes

• Follow-ups: 15–20 minutes

• Collaborate with radiation oncology, surgical specialists, and hospital teams

• Participate in multidisciplinary care planning

• No required procedures

Requirements

• ABMS Board Certified or Board Eligible – Required

• Active Ohio License – Required (IMLC not accepted due to urgency)

• Comfortable working in multidisciplinary team environment – Required

• Internationally trained physicians welcome if ABMS certified – Required

• Ideal candidate interested in longer-term assignment
