Practice Setting:

• Level IV Trauma Center

• Dual provider coverage

• Hospital Stroke Certified

• 8 ED beds

• OP Setting

• Admissions Required

• Telecardiology and telestroke services available 24/7

Schedule / Coverage

• ED APC: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM daily

• UC APC: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday–Friday

• UC APC: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM weekends and holidays

• Roughly 40–60 patients per day

• Facility will accept multiple providers

Requirements

• ATLS certification required

• BLS required
