Start: ASAP – Ongoing Need

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient clinic only

• No inpatient responsibilities

• No call required

• All inpatient cases referred to tertiary care in Wausau

• Hospital Stroke Certified

• 6 beds in department

• Facility will accept multiple providers

• EMR: Epic

Schedule

• On-site 3–4 days per week

• 2 weeks per month

• No call coverage

Clinical Responsibilities

• New consultations

• Follow-up visits

• Oversight of treatment plans

• No procedures required

• No APC supervision responsibilities

• 14–15 patients per shift
