45 Minutes South of Champaign | New Service Line | Build From the Ground Up

Permanent, full-time Plastic Surgery physician position
Seeking board certified or truly board eligible Plastic Surgeons
New service line — candidates must be comfortable building the practice from the ground up
Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule
Option to work 4 days per week
Call 1:3
Cerner EMR
No other plastic surgery providers currently in place
Opportunity to shape scope, workflows, and growth strategy for the service line
May be required to supervise APPs if added in the future
W2 position only
No visa sponsorship available
Open to 2026 start dates; will consider 2027 candidates for strong fits and/or those with ties to the area

$675,000 base salary + RVU production
$75,000 sign-on bonus
$100,000 retention bonus
