Schedule

• Monday – Friday

• 8-hour shifts

• 40 patient contact hours per week

• Supporting OR 5 days per week

• No partial weeks (must work full Monday–Friday schedule if accepting less than full-time)

• On Call: Optional, once trained

Ideal candidate prefers full-time, but site will consider providers offering less than full-time (must commit to full weeks).

• Inpatient Responsibilities: Yes

• Outreach: No

• Telehealth: No

• Independent CRNA practice model

• 2 Physicians on staff

• 4 ORs, 1 GI Suite, 1 OB Suite

• 50–55 cases per week

• EMR: Epic

Case Mix:

• General Surgery

• Orthopedics

• GI

• Urology

• ENT

• OB

• No Heads / No Hearts

• Majority of cases: General, GI, Orthopedics

Requirements

• Board Certified – Required

• Active Iowa CRNA License or Active Compact License – Required

• Experience Highly Preferred (new graduates will be considered)
