Coverage Dates:

• June 12 @ 0700 – June 19 @ 0700

• Additional ongoing dates available

• Must be able to cover June 12–19 (Required)

Schedule & Call

• Patient Contact Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM

• 24-hour call coverage

• On-site for 8 hours daily

• Inpatient responsibilities required

Practice Details

• Number of Physicians: 1

• Number of APPs: 2

• Supervision of APPs: Not required

• Average Daily Hospital Census: 10–12 patients/day (APPs assist with rounding)

• EMR: EPIC

• Colonoscopy

• Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) – Required

• Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) – Required

• Medical Imaging

• Lab & Pharmacy support

Requirements

• Board Certified in Gastroenterology or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of completing GI fellowship) – Required

• Fellowship Trained in Gastroenterology – Required

• Must be experienced – Required

• Active Iowa License or Active IMLC – Required

• Must be able to perform EUS & ERCP – Required
