Position Type: Locums Required Availability (Must Cover)

• July 16 (8a) – July 19 (8a)
  • 72-hour block
  • Coverage of these dates is REQUIRED (must confirm at name clear)

Additional Dates (Optional – Strong Candidates Only)

• July 19 (8a) – July 24 (8a)
  • 192-hour total block if extended

Schedule

• 24-Hour Call + Rounding
• Flexibility on scheduling preferred

Licensure Requirements

• Active Oregon License – Highly Preferred
  • Candidates with license in hand will be prioritized

Certifications & Board Requirements

• Board Certified – NCC (Required)
• NCC Certified – Required

Clinical Scope

• Level II NICU admissions
• Rounding & discharges
• High-risk deliveries
• Intubation
• UVC line placement
