Position Overview:
Exciting locum opportunity at a critical access hospital in Cottage Grove, Oregon. Provide high-quality emergency care in a small, closely-knit team with predictable patient volume and supportive APP coverage.

Coverage Details:

• Dates: June 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026

• Licensed beds: 14

• Emergency bays: 9

• Average daily census: 2 patients

• Annual ED visits: 13,678

• Hospital Type: Critical access hospital

• ED Coverage Model:

  • Physician: 7:00am – 7:00pm / 7:00pm – 8:00am

  • APP: 10:00am – 8:00pm

Clinical Requirements:

• Board Certified Emergency Medicine (ABEM only)

• Recent Emergency Medicine experience

• Must have clean Oregon license and background

• Must meet site-specific privileges

• No red flags in credentialing
