- Group: 7 OB/GYNs + 4 Mid-level Providers
- Other OB/GYNs Present During Coverage: Yes
- Supervision of Other Providers: Not required
- Teaching Responsibilities: None
- EMR: Epic (clinic & hospital)
- Lab & Ultrasound: Onsite (performed by tech)
- Nursery: Level II (ability to transfer to higher-level NICU)
- Transfer Location: ~30 miles away
- Low-Risk Pregnancy: 70%
- High-Risk Pregnancy: 30%
- C-Section Rate: 21%
- Patients per Day (Hospital): 4–5
- Deliveries per Week (per physician): 3–4
- OB/GYN Surgeries per Week: 1–4 emergent
Obstetrics
- Management of low- and high-risk pregnancies
- FHR interpretation (NST, CST, FSE)
- Routine vaginal deliveries
- Operative vaginal delivery (low forceps)
- C-sections (including emergent)
- Breech, multiples, abruption management
- VBAC management
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
- Minor laparoscopic procedures (tubal ligation, LOA, chromal tubation)
- Major operative cases (ectopic pregnancy, oophorectomy, cystectomy, extensive LOA)
- OB ultrasound interpretation (Level I/screening – viability)
