Opportunity Overview

• 26 weeks on / 26 weeks off
• On weeks:
  • Monday–Sunday day shifts
  • Beeper call evenings/weekends (30-minute response time)
• Flexible configuration:
  • One week on / one week off, or
  • Two weeks on / two weeks off

• Supervise 2–3 rooms with experienced cardiac CRNAs
• Typical coverage:
  • 1 cardiac room and 1 general room (occasionally 2)
• Case mix includes:
  • Cardiac
  • Thoracic
  • Vascular
  • Electrophysiology (TAVR, Watchman)
• No transplants, trauma, OB, or pediatrics
• Annual volume: ~200 open-heart cases
• TEE responsibilities for open-heart cases performed by anesthesiologists
• Dedicated anesthesia techs
• Strong collaboration with highly skilled cardiac surgeons and cardiologists

• Base salary: $650,000 annually
• Full-time employee status
