• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Preferred Schedule Model: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

  • Week 1: Surgeries & procedures

  • Week 2: Follow-ups

• Call: None

Licensure Requirements (Required)

• Active Michigan License OR IMLC – REQUIRED

Board Status & Certifications (Required)

• Board Certified in Ophthalmology – REQUIRED

• BLS – REQUIRED

Practice Setting

• Trauma Designation: Level II (trauma experience not required)

• EMR: Epic

• Clinic Rooms: 3

• Support Staff: 2 experienced MAs

• Setting: Clinic + Surgery

Volume Expectations

• Clinic Volume: Minimum 4 patients per hour

• Patients per Shift: ~20

• Procedures/Surgeries: 12–14 per day

• Busy, high-productivity practice

Required Procedures

• Cataract Surgery – REQUIRED

• Intravitreal Injections – REQUIRED
