Board & Certification

• Board Certified or Board Eligible – OB/GYN (REQUIRED)
• BLS – REQUIRED

Licensure

• Ohio License – REQUIRED (Willing to License)
• DEA – REQUIRED
• CSR – Required

Experience

• Minimum 1 Year Experience Required

Availability

• Start Date: June 1, 2026
• 2–3 Clinic Days per Week
• 1 GYN Surgery Day per Week
• 24-Hour Weekday Call: 1 per week
• 72-Hour Weekend Call: 1 weekend every 4 weeks
• Optional additional weeknight/weekend call
• Open to Locum-to-Perm

Practice Overview

• Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital
• Trauma Level: Adult II/III/IV
• Patient Population: Women 18–65+
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: MAs

Volume Expectations

• Clinic: ~22 patients per day
• Call: ~1 delivery per day
• Variable phone calls nights/weekends

Required Scope & Procedures
Full Scope OB/GYN, including:

• Hysterectomies
• Hysteroscopies
• Laparotomies
• Salpingectomies
• Other standard GYN surgical procedures
