Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch
• Includes in-basket message coverage

Patient Volume

• 16–18 patients per day

Practice Setting & Resources

• Dedicated Medical Assistant
• 4 Registered Nurses
• On-site lab with draw station
• Pharmacy and clinical pharmacist
• Dietitians and diabetes education program
• GI and Endocrinology located in the same building

Facility Details

• Trauma Level: III
• EMR: Epic

Licensure & Certification Requirements

• Board Certified Internal Medicine – Required
• Active Washington License – Required OR IMLC accepted
• BLS – Required

Coverage Notes

• Prefer one physician, but may accept two to cover needs
