Locums – Cottonwood, Arizona, Urology Opening (IMLC Welcome)

Clinical Role:

Coverage: May 20 – May 25
Practice setting: Hospital
Support Staff: 1 PA, no other MDs
Patients per day: 20 patients per day in clinic
Procedures per week: 10–15
Surgeries in OR: 3–4 per day
Hospital bed size: 99
No robotics
Special procedures: In-clinic vasectomy, infant circumcision outpatient (not required)
Disposable flexible stethoscopes
EMR: Cerner

Schedule:

May 20: 8a–5p with 1 hour lunch + night beeper call 5p–8a
May 21: 8a–5p with 1 hour lunch + night beeper call 5p–8a
May 22: 8a–5p with 1 hour lunch + night beeper call 5p–8a
May 23: 8a–8a
May 24: 8a–8a
May 25: 8a–8a

Amount of coverage needed per month: Full time (will consider 2 weeks per month)

Additional Details:

Doctor will phone interview

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible – Required
Arizona License or IMLC – Required
DEA – Required
Minimum experience: 1 year
Credentialing timeframe: 30 days
