Coverage Commitment

• Minimum: 1 week per month
• Preferred: 2 weeks per month

Schedule

• Clinical Hours + Call
• Clinic: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Call Week: Monday 7:00 AM – following Monday 7:00 AM
• Evenings & weekend call required

Call Type

• Beeper Call
• 15-minute response time required

Required Credentials
Board Status

• Board Certified or Board Eligible – REQUIRED

Licensure

• Active Pennsylvania License – REQUIRED
• IMLC Accepted

Outpatient Clinic Capacity

• 5 beds

Patient Volume

• Outpatient: ~7 patients per day
• During call weeks:
  • Minimum 5 outpatient visits daily
  • Inpatient rounds/consults required

• 70% inpatient
• 30% outpatient

Required Clinical Experience
Management & Treatment (Preferred Experience)

• Bartter’s Syndrome
• Fabry Disease
• Fanconi Syndrome
• Hemolytic-Uremic Syndrome
• Hepatorenal Syndrome
• Renal Transplant patients

Additional Requirement

• EEG Reads at Hospital – REQUIRED

Required Procedures
Required

• Hemodialysis

Preferred

• Percutaneous renal biopsy
• Peritoneal dialysis (acute & chronic)
• Needle biopsy of the kidney
