Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Critical Care Physician
Training Pathways Accepted: Internal Medicine; Anesthesiology
Direct relationship with the Hospital – Not a managed contract
Responsibilities: 
Read Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs)
Pulmonary Consults 
Critical Care Consults 
Community Hospital Setting with Family Friendly Hours

Ongoing Coverage Needed:
4/14
4/23
4/24

5-6 Shifts per month
14- Bed ICU
Census: 6-7 Patients
Closed ICU
EMR: Meditech

Credentialing:
Timeline: 30-45 Days if application and items are promptly sent in
**Client will require 1 supervisory reference and phone call with them
2 Additional peer references required
