• Setting: Inpatient only (No clinic work)
• Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital, Adult Trauma Level II-III-IV
• Beds: 32
• Call Requirement: Variable
• Rounding & Admissions: Both
• Patient Population: Adult women
• Average Patients/Day: Variable
• Procedures Required: C-section, D&C
• Clinical Experience Required (Past 24 months):
  • 100 patients including at least 15 Cesarean sections and 30 vaginal deliveries
  • Must provide case list with diagnosis/procedure, date, and facility

Licensing & Credentials

• State License: Washington (must be current and in-hand)
• Willing to License: No (IMLC may be considered later)
• Board Certification: Obstetrics/Gynecology (BC)

Certifications

• BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross) – Required
• Fetal Monitoring – Required

Other Information

• EMR: Epic
• Team Structure: Not solo – will work with other OB/GYNs and specialists
