Position Highlights
• Part-time schedule – 2 days/week rounding in SNFs
• Associate physician leadership role with growth opportunities
• Collaborative multidisciplinary care team
• Dedicated 3-month onboarding with mentor support
• Access to the Medical Director Leadership Academy (MDLA)
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality patient care in post-acute settings
• Perform assessments, exams, and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with NPs, PAs, and facility teams
• Provide clinical oversight and ensure regulatory compliance
Compensation
• W2, fee-for-service (FFS) model
• Estimated annual compensation $138,324 – $159,028+
• No cap on productivity income
Qualifications
• Active North Carolina physician license and DEA
• Experience in post-acute, primary care, hospital medicine, emergency medicine, or similar settings preferred (new grads welcome)
