Locums Opportunity – Nurse Practitioner (Neonatology)
Location: Bentonville / Springdale, Arkansas Assignment Availability

• Start Date: May 1, 2026
• End Date: Ongoing
• Providers Needed: 4

Schedule

• Shift Length: 24-hour shifts
• Shift Time: 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Weekend Coverage: Included

Practice Setting

• Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• Trauma Level: II

Patient Volume

• NICU Patients per Shift: 7–10
• Newborn Nursery ADC: 10–15
• Department Beds: 26

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide neonatal care within a Level III NICU
• Perform critical care neonatal procedures
• Attend deliveries
• Participate in neonatal transport
• Manage admissions and assigned patient rounding
• Provide care for both NICU and newborn nursery patients

Credentialing Requirements
Board Certification

• Board Certified – Required

Licensure

• Active Arkansas License – Required

Certifications

• NRP – Required
• PALS – Required

Preferred

• Neonatal fellowship training

Technology

• EMR: Cerner
