LOCUMS – NP/PA CRITICAL CARE | MICHIGAN (FLOAT POOL) QUICK HITS (KEY DETAILS)

• Start Date: TBD
• Schedule: 13-hour shifts (days and nights; exact times TBD)
• Setting: Trauma ICU and Surgical ICU (SICU)
• Coverage Model: No residents; APP-driven care

AVAILABILITY / SCHEDULE

• 13-hour shifts
• Mix of day and night coverage
• Flexibility required for float pool coverage

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

• Minimum 2 years critical care experience required
• Must be comfortable managing:
  • Trauma patients
  • Surgical ICU patients
• Experience working independently in high-acuity settings required

CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES

• ACLS – Required
• BLS – Required
• ATLS – Required
• DEA – Required
• Board Certification:
  • Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AC-NP)
  • Physician Assistant (PA)

PRACTICE DETAILS

• APPs provide primary coverage for Trauma and SICU
• No resident support
