Locums Anesthesiologist – Jupiter, Florida
Assignment Type / Availability:

• Ongoing, full-time coverage (no PRN)
• Must work 4 weeks/month
• Start Date: Must be available by June 1

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday:
  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Call:
  • Beeper call required (weekdays & weekends)

Practice Setting:

• Care team model: 80% supervision / 20% own cases
• Team: 12 MDs, 26 CRNAs
• EMR: Epic

Licenses & Certifications (REQUIRED):

• Active Florida medical license
• Board Certified in Anesthesiology
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications

Case Mix:

• General Surgery, Orthopedics, GI, Robotics (majority)
• OB, Radiology, Endoscopy, Ophthalmology, Plastics, ENT, Neuro
• No trauma
• Dedicated cardiac team handles hearts

Volume:

• 1,150–1,200 cases/month
• ~200 OB deliveries/month

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to commit to full monthly coverage

Additional Notes:

• Referral fees available
• Ideal for providers comfortable with high-volume care team model + call responsibilities
