Locums – Anesthesiology (Float Pool)
Location: York, Pennsylvania
Setting: Hospital Key Dates & Schedule

• Start Date: May 10, 2026
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Shift Details: Varies by daily assignment
  • Typical shifts: 6:15 AM–4:45 PM, 6:30 AM–4:30 PM, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
• Schedule: 4–5 shifts per week (10-hour shifts)

Clinical & Work Details

• Coverage Needed: Full-time (option for 1 week/month coverage considered)
• Patient Population: All ages
• Patients per Day: Varies by anesthetizing location
• Department: Work alongside surgeons and specialty clinicians across a broad range of surgical/procedural areas
• Hospital Bed Size: 593 beds
• Trauma Level: Level I Trauma Center
• EMR: Epic
• Special Procedures / Case Types:
  • Trauma, Neuro & Spine, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular & APS
  • NORA locations, OB/GYN, General, GI, Pediatrics, Plastics, Orthopedics, Robotics
• Skills Required: GETA, MAC, Regional, Spinal, Ultrasound techniques

Licenses & Certifications (Required)

• Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist
• State License: Pennsylvania license required
• IMLC accepted
• DEA: Not required
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS required
• Minimum Experience: 2 years preferred
