• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Board Certified in Anesthesiology (PM&R considered)

DEA

• Required

Experience

• Minimum 5 years required
• Interventional pain experience required

Practice Setting

• Outpatient interventional pain clinic
• 2-provider practice (1 physician, 1 APP)
• EMR: Epic

Clinical Details

• Specialty: Interventional Pain Management
• Patient Volume:
  • Clinic: 20–22 patients per day
  • Procedures: 18–20 per day
• Patient Population: Adults (18+)
• Support Staff: RN and MA

Procedures

• Trigger Point Injections (TPI)
• Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS)
• Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)
• Nerve Blocks (NB)

Required Skills

• Interventional pain proceduralist
• Ultrasound-guided procedures

Additional Notes

• No call and consistent weekday schedule
• High-volume procedural practice
• Established workflow with dedicated support staff
• Not open to candidates requiring licensure
