Clinical Role
Join a vascular surgery float pool providing consistent midweek coverage in a hospital-based clinic setting. This is a great opportunity for an NP or PA seeking a predictable schedule with a mix of clinic and light inpatient responsibilities.

Assignment Length: Ongoing

• Consistent weekly schedule (every other Wednesday)

Schedule & Coverage

• Shift: Wednesday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour shift)
• Frequency: Every other week
• Coverage need: Ongoing

Clinical Details & Responsibilities
Setting: Hospital-based clinic with inpatient consults
Patient Population: Adults (18+)
Patients per day: ~15 clinic patients + ~2 consults

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting outpatient vascular surgery clinic visits
• Performing hospital rounds and consults as needed
• Evaluating and managing vascular conditions
• Collaborating with surgical team and hospital staff

Procedures:

• Exposure to vascular cases including bypass and amputations (assisting/management as appropriate)

• Clinic located within hospital
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital Bed Size: 150 beds

Requirements

• NP or PA Certification – Required
• BC/BE in Vascular Surgery (or relevant experience) – Required
• Active Pennsylvania License – Required
• DEA – Required
• Minimum 1 year vascular experience (surgical experience not required)
