  • 24-hour call coverage
  • Includes hospital call, surgery, and clinic (Wednesday)
• Requirement: Must be available for full stretch

Licensure

• Kentucky State License – Required

• Board Certified – Orthopedic Surgery
• BLS – Required during credentialing
• DEA – Required during credentialing

Clinical Overview

• Setting: Hospital and Clinic
• Procedures: General orthopedic procedures (fractures, injuries, etc.)
• EMR: Epic

Work Details

• Admissions: Managed by hospitalist service
• Consults: 10–15 per day
• Patients per Day: 10–15

Support Staff

• CMA (clinic)
• OR staff (hospital)

• Residency/Fellowship – Required
