Locums Opportunity – OB/GYN

Location: Ontario, Oregon (IMLC Accepted)
Assignment Type: Full-time locum coverage

Required Credentials (Must Have)

• Board Certified in OB/GYN – REQUIRED
• Active OR License, IMLC, or licensing candidate accepted – REQUIRED
• DEA and CSR – REQUIRED (copy or status required at time of name clear)
• BLS – REQUIRED
• Local candidates highly preferred

Schedule & Availability

• Clinic & Hospital Call (Full Scope OB/GYN)
• Low volume with rare callbacks
• Clinic hours: Flexible, likely 0830 – 1600, weekdays only
• Must be able to cover at least 14 consecutive shifts per month – REQUIRED
• Weekend requirements: YES
• On-call requirements: YES

Practice Details

• NICU Level I
• 10-bed LDRP Unit + 2-bed newborn nursery
• Full Scope OB/GYN, including deliveries during clinic hours
• EMR: Epic
• Clinic volume: 15–18 patients/day (can increase for higher OB volume)
• Annual deliveries: ~400–500 babies
• No supervisory responsibilities over other providers

Additional Notes

• Locum must handle 24-hour pager call as part of coverage
• Client prefers candidates who can provide full-time coverage and consecutive shifts
