• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Family Medicine physician
• Reason for need: physician retirement
• Full-time position with a four-day work week
• Provide care across the lifespan (pediatrics through geriatrics, including complex chronic conditions)
• Shared call responsibilities for pediatric inpatients and long-term care residents
• Strong primary care referral network
• EMR: Cerner

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary
• Sign-on bonus: $25,000
• Relocation assistance: $10,000–$15,000 (negotiable based on location)
• Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)

• Payment of all licenses, dues, subscriptions, and memberships
• PTO: Up to 6 weeks annually
• Extended illness bank
• CME: 40 hours annually plus $6,000 for travel/education
