Your role

• Actively participate in accountable care organizations and value-based contracts.
• Participate in the on-call/weekend rotation schedule as needed.
• Be flexible to work between different sites
Qualifications
• Board-certified or board-eligible in family medicine.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Nebraska.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
