• Start Date: June 14, 2026
• End Date: Ongoing
• Shifts: Minimally 5 shifts/week, including weekends
• Clinic Hours:
  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
  • Saturday/Sunday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
  • Holidays: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
• On-Call: None

Licenses & Certifications

• Required: Active Wisconsin License or Compact License Accepted
• Required: BLS

Practice Specifics

• High-volume walk-in clinic seeing: respiratory issues, sore throats, ear infections, wounds, sprains, and other acute cases
• Distance from local hospital ED: 1.5 miles
• Facility has 4 beds
• EMR: Epic
• Patients per shift: 30–35
• Providers on-site in family practice clinic Monday–Friday
• Preference for experienced providers able to work independently
