Nocturnist Opportunity – Troy, NY

Quick Screening Snapshot

• Location: Troy, New York
• Position Type: Full-time, employed hospitalist group
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 7 days on / 7 days off
• ICU Coverage: Closed ICU; ICU providers handle ICU care—hospitalists do not
• Average Patient Census: 15–18 patients per physician per night
• Call/Procedures:
  • No required procedures
  • Must run rapid responses and codes (non-ICU)
• Team: APP support included

Licensure & Candidate Requirements

• Must be truly Board Eligible or Board Certified (no lapsed certification)
• Accepting 2026 graduates working toward BC as well as experienced providers
• No visa sponsorship
• No locum candidates

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary
