Availability

• Assignment Length: 9–12 months
• Start Date: ASAP after credentialing
• Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Frequency: Full-time coverage, consistent schedule

Required Credentials

• Board Certification: Family Medicine BC preferred, will accept truly BE
• State License: Oregon (required)
• Certifications: BLS required

Practice Setting

• Primary Care clinic
• Patient Population: Mainly adults (18+), occasionally teens
• Admissions / Patients per Day: 17–20
• Procedures: Primary care procedures; circumcisions possible

Support Staff

• 1 Medical Assistant
• Receptionist
• Clinic RN as needed

Systems

• EMR: eClinicalWorks
