Schedule / Availability

  • All stints below end the following morning at 7a:
    • July 2
    • July 10
    • July 15 - 17
    • July 24
    • July 27 - 29
    • July 31
    • Aug 2
    • Aug 7
    • Aug 10
    • Aug 14
    • Aug 16
    • Aug 19 - 20
    • Aug 24
    • Aug 28
    • Aug 30
  • Coverage is approved through December, and may be extended
  • Shift: 24-hour call (7a–7a)
  • Shift Load: 10 shifts/month total for all locums
  • Assignment Duration: All stints end the following morning at 7a

Clinical Setting

  • Inpatient, Trauma Level III
  • Adult patient population
  • 15 beds
  • 4–6 admissions per day
  • No support staff

Required Procedures / Duties

  • General OB/GYN procedures
  • GYN emergencies including C-sections

EMR / Training Requirements

  • EMR: Epic
  • Credentialing: Pre-application and full application must be submitted to move provider into "applicant in training"
  • Training Steps:
    1. Complete EMR Modules before virtual EMR training
    2. Attend Virtual (PPL) EMR training
    3. Virtual training must be completed at least 1 week prior to first shift
    4. First day site details released after EMR training is completed

Licenses / Certifications

  • Board Certified OBGYN – REQUIRED
  • Active Colorado license or IMLC – REQUIRED (LOQ in hand at submission)
  • BLS – HIGHLY PREFERRED (must obtain during credentialing if not current)
  • DEA – HIGHLY PREFERRED (transfers accepted; must maintain DEA for duration of assignment)
