Lodging Provided – Key West, Florida, Full-Time Emergency Medicine Job

Clinical Role:

• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine physician
• For FM-trained candidates, 5+ years of ER experience required
• Looking for providers who can work 10–12 shifts per month
• Night shifts only: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Fast Track staffed by NP/PA from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Annual volume: ~23,000 visits
• EMR: MedHost EDIS
• 1099 position – contracted directly with the client (not locums)
• Tiered compensation model:
  • $250/hour for first 6 shifts
  • $280/hour for shifts 7+
• Malpractice insurance provided
• Temporary housing available (group-owned condo)
• Additional options:
  • $2,500/month housing stipend for first year or
  • Relocation assistance
