A growing pediatric surgical practice within a leading healthcare system is actively seeking a Pediatric General Surgeon to join its expanding team.
Position Highlights
Typical schedule: 2–3 clinic days and 1–2 surgical days per week
Clinic hours: Monday through Friday
Shared call schedule: 1:3
Clinic located adjacent to the hospital
Patient volume: approximately 6–10 patients per clinic day
Surgical volume: average of 5–8 surgeries per week

110-bed pediatric hospital
40-bed general pediatric unit
16-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
Newly expanded 30-bed Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Available Resources
Board-certified pediatric anesthesiologists on staff
Dedicated pediatric hospitalist support
24/7 in-house neonatology coverage

Candidate Requirements
MD or DO degree
Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Surgery
Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
Compensation and Benefits
Guaranteed base salary with production-based bonus potential
