Locums – Dayton, Ohio, Infectious Disease Physician Job

Locum tenens opportunity
Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Infectious Disease physician
ASAP start – ongoing need
Coverage needed for at least one week per month (ability to work more if desired)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Some weekday night call required
Weekend call: 24-hour call with rounding responsibilities
Must have an active Ohio medical license
Responsibilities include:
- New inpatient consults
- Follow-up care on existing inpatients
- Addressing calls related to ED patients, admitted patients, and established clinic patients
RN triage service handles first-line patient calls for established patients
EMR: Epic
Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
