Locums Opportunity – Gynecologic Oncology

Facility: Acute Care Hospital (Academic)

Availability & Schedule

• Start Date: Mid-July
• Contract Length: July – January
• Coverage Needed:
  • 1 week per month (ongoing)
  • 3-week block: September 19 – October 9
• Shift Details:
  • Daytime: OR and clinic
  • Call: After-hours only (APPs take first call)

Requirements

• Board Certification: Gynecologic Oncology
• License: Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification (willing to license)
• DEA: Required

Practice Setting

• Academic hospital with rotating residents
• Ambulatory Surgery Center access
• Medical group practice
• Hospital-based care 

---

Clinical Details

• Patient Volume:
  • Clinic: 15–20 patients per day
  • OR: As needed
• Patient Population: Adults (18+)

Team Structure / Support

• 1 Surgeon
• 3 APPs
• 2 Medical Assistants
• APPs handle first call

---

Additional Notes

• Consistent monthly coverage need with defined schedule
• Strong support staff and established workflow
• Balanced OR and clinic responsibilities
