• Minnesota License REQUIRED or IMLC accepted
• Willing to license: Yes

Certifications

• Board Certified: Hematology & Oncology (Required)
• BLS: Required
• ACLS or BLS: Required
• DEA: Required

Experience

• Minimum 2 years
• Required experience:
  • Inpatient malignant medical oncology
  • Full range of hematology consults

---

Facility & Location

• Minneapolis, Minnesota
• Acute Care Hospital (Trauma Level III/IV)

Clinical Overview

• Setting: Inpatient (primary) with optional outpatient coverage
• Patient Volume: 20–25 patients per day
• Procedures: Malignant and benign oncology
• Responsibilities:
  • Lead medical oncology team
  • Supervise Advanced Practice Providers
  • Manage inpatient care and new consults

Schedule

• Inpatient: 8–10 hour days
• Call: One week at a time (Monday 8am to following Monday 8am)
• Overnight call: From home, medical oncology only
• Outpatient (if needed): 8am–5pm, no call requirement

Support Staff

• 1 APP (Monday–Friday)
• 1 APP (weekends)
• Nurse triage and hospitalist support available
• Minimal call volume

Documentation

• Inpatient: Same-day documentation required
• Outpatient: Same-day preferred (up to 3 days max)
