Critical Requirements

• Board Certified NP/PA
• Active Arizona (AZ) License
• ATLS Certification
• DEA
• Minimum 2 years trauma or acute care experience
• Acute Care APP experience
• Cerner EMR experience

Schedule

• June 8–18 (coverage dates listed)
• Shift: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Potential for additional shifts beyond listed dates

Practice Setting

• Acute Care Hospital
• Level I Trauma Center (Adult)
• 269-bed facility
• Trauma service staffed by dual-boarded critical care trauma surgeons
• Surgical trauma ICU and general trauma patients

---

Patient Volume

• 10–15 patients per day
• Adult population

---

Clinical Scope

• Trauma service coverage
• Surgical trauma ICU management
• General trauma inpatient care
• Acute care procedures as needed
