Availability (24-Hour Call Coverage)

• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (24-hour call)

Specific Coverage Dates:

• August 13 – August 17 (7:00 AM start)
• September 10 – September 14 (7:00 AM start)
• November 5 – November 9 (7:00 AM start)
• December 3 – December 7 (7:00 AM start)
• December 31 (24-hour coverage)

Licensure & Certifications

• Active Idaho License (required)
• DEA and CSR (required)
• Board Certified – American Board of Thoracic Surgery (required)

Required Clinical Capabilities

• Full-scope Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery
• Must be able to perform:
  • Open heart surgery
  • CABG
  • Aortic dissections
• Must be comfortable covering all adult cardiac, thoracic, and vascular cases

Quick Clinical Overview

• Role: CVT Surgeon (24-hour call + inpatient rounding)
• EMR: Meditech

---

Scope of Work

• 24/7 CVT call coverage during assignment
• Daily inpatient rounding required
• Surgical and perioperative management of CVT patients

---

Support Staff

• First Assist: NP/PA
• 2 Surgical Techs
• RN Circulator
• Anesthesiologist
• ICU Nursing Staff
• Step-down Unit Nursing Staff

---

Additional Notes

• High-acuity surgical coverage required
• Strong, experienced surgical team support in place
