- Permanent opening due to organizational growth
- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible physician in:
- Family Medicine or
- Internal Medicine
- Patient population: Seniors (65+), Medicare-focused
- Regional Medical Director overseeing multiple sites in the Boston-area
- Blended role:
- ~3 days/week administrative, meetings, and strategic leadership (remote-flexible)
- ~2 days/week clinical care
- Primary care background
- Value-based care experience
- Clinical leadership experience
- Startup or early-stage healthcare exposure
- At-home or wrap-around care models
- Geriatrics experience
- Spanish language proficiency
- Team-based, value-driven primary care model
- Focus on holistic care and social determinants of health
- Services include:
- Chronic disease management
- Preventive care
- In-clinic and virtual visits
- Care coordination with specialists and hospitals
- Patient support navigating insurance and healthcare systems
Each patient is supported by:
- Primary Care Physician
- Patient Liaison (social support & community resources)
- In-Home Clinical Partner (in-home care and monitoring)
- Collaborative environment with physicians and APPs
- No APP supervision required
- EMR: Athena
- No visa sponsorship available
- Competitive base salary (discussed during interview process)
