Las Vegas, Nevada – Interventional Pain Management Physician Job - Up to $1,000,000 and Above

• Private practice setting with a personal injury focus
• Seeking a board certified or board eligible Interventional Pain Management Physician
• Acceptable backgrounds include Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology (EMG experience is a plus)
• Fellowship training in Pain Management required
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Practice has fouroffice locations; physicians primarily work out of one office
• Referral sources include surgeons, medical professionals, and attorneys
• Patient population is exclusively personal injury cases
• Supported by APPs, medical assistants, and full clinic staff
• Physician will supervise APPs and serve as the primary physician at assigned location
• EMR: custom proprietary system designed to be user-friendly
• Procedures include a full spectrum of interventional pain management techniques currently utilized in practice
• Physician owner is highly motivated to train the right individual
• Smooth practice structure - great administrative staff
• Procedures performed include:
  • Epidural steroid injections
  • Radiofrequency ablations (RFAs)
  • Spinal cord stimulators
  • Sympathetic blocks including stellate ganglion blocks
  • Cervical and lumbar discograms
  • Biacuplasty
  • Stem cell injections
  • Peripheral nerve stimulators
  • Additional advanced interventional pain procedures
• Practice is seeking physicians who can safely and independently perform procedures based on their level of training and experience
• Compensation and autonomy will be tailored to the physician’s experience level and procedural independence

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary ranges approximately from $325,000 to $500,000 depending on experience, board certification status, and ability to practice independently
• The right candidate should easily approach $1,000,000 annually with no buy-in within 3 years
• Physicians just out of fellowship/training without board certification may start toward the lower end of the compensation range
• Experienced physicians requiring minimal supervision may qualify for higher starting compensation
• Very generous quarterly bonus structure
• Quarterly bonuses may range from approximately $10,000 to $50,000 based on productivity and performance
