Clinical Role

• Position: Locum Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Patient Population: Geriatric / frail elderly

Availability

• Dates of Coverage: June 15th – TBD
• Schedule: Day shift, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Practice Setting: PACE Clinic
• Documentation System / EMR: EPIC

---

Licenses & Certifications (Required)

• Board Certification: ANCC or AANP
• State License: North Carolina (will accept providers needing to obtain license)
• BLS: Required
• CDS Certification & DEA Registration: Required

---

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 1 year working with frail or elderly population
• Experience in geriatrics preferred
• Experienced providers only – no new grads
• Provider must be local

---

Work Structure

• APP Autonomy: Yes, working independently
• Supervising Physician Present: Yes, Medical Director on-site
