Locums - Boston, Massachusetts, CRNA Opening

Assignment Details
Start Date: June 29, 2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks with ongoing potential
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Coverage Need: Minimum 2 shifts per week required
Preferred Availability: 3+ shifts per week
No weekends required
Limited vacation approval during summer months (maximum one week)

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide continuous anesthesia assessment, implementation, and evaluation of patient care under physician direction
Administer general and regional anesthesia for complex ENT and ophthalmologic procedures
Manage difficult airways and complex head and neck anatomy
Provide anesthesia support for:

• ENT surgeries
• Ophthalmology procedures
• Skull base surgeries
• Pediatric specialty cases
  Collaborate closely with surgical and perioperative teams
  Participate in high-acuity specialty anesthesia care
  Optional teaching and academic opportunities available
  Document all care in EMR

Call Coverage
No call required
No weekends required

Practice Setting
Nationally ranked Harvard-affiliated specialty hospital
High-acuity ENT, ophthalmology, and head & neck surgical environment
Collaborative anesthesia care team model
Academic and teaching opportunities available
Dynamic case mix including both routine and rare specialty procedures

Requirements
Current Massachusetts license – Required for consideration
ACLS, BLS, PALS – Required
CRNA certification – Required
New graduates considered only if clinical rotation completed with facility during training
