Locums - Florence, Oregon, Emergency Medicine Opening

Start Date: 6/19/26 (Orientation on 6/18/26)
Assignment Duration: Through 12/8/26

Schedule & Shift Details:

• Day, Swing, and Night shifts available
• Alternating 12-hour shifts:
  • Days: 7:45am–7:45pm
  • Nights: 7:45pm–7:45am
• Daily 12-hour shifts
• Looking for providers able to work 10–30 shifts per month
• 4 FTEs needed

Provider Type:

• MD/DO
• Emergency Medicine specialty required

Reason for Need:

• Coverage gaps

Practice Setting:

• Hospital privileges only
• No clinic responsibilities
• No call required
• Emergency Department coverage only
• Providers may work solo part of the time

Facility Details:

• 9 private monitored ED rooms
• 2 trauma/resuscitation bays
• 3 triage treatment rooms
• Average daily patient volume: 35–45 patients
• Annual volume exceeds 12,000 visits
• All patient demographics

EMR: Epic (proficient users required)

Requirements:

• Current ABEM or AOBEM Board Certification – Required
• Active Oregon license at time of presentation – Required
• ACLS – Required
• PALS – Required
• ATLS – Required
• Must provide Emergency Medicine case logs from previous 24 months
• Recent graduates must provide training logs
