A leading multi-specialty medical group in Southern Arizona is seeking a Board-Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a growing cardiovascular team in Tucson, Arizona. With more than 100 providers across the region, this physician-led organization offers a collaborative environment designed to support both professional growth and work-life balance.

Position Highlights
Full-time employed opportunity
Schedule includes:
1–2 clinic days per week
3–4 operating room days per week
Patient volume:
Approximately 12 patients per clinic day
5–7 surgeries per week
Shared and compensated hospital call coverage across two facilities with one additional Cardiothoracic Surgeon
Advanced surgical environment featuring:
Hybrid operating room
Robotic surgical platform
Dedicated support staff including a practice manager, medical assistant, and surgery scheduler
Candidate Requirements
MD or DO degree
Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience outside of training required
